Voice Dialogue is a method for exploring our own personality by learning about and working with our inner voices / sub-personalities. In doing this, we gradually find greater balance, peace and joy in our lives.

Individual Voice Dialogue Sessions

In the beginning of each session we identify what you would like to work on.

Typical issues range from anxiety, stress, identity issues, difficulties with life changes, relationship problems, anger issues, lack of fulfillment, sadness, overwhelm, jealousy, negative self talk and low self-esteem.

Then, I guide you through and assist you in the Voice Dialogue process where we give voice to the parts of you that want to be heard. For example, a part of you just cannot handle your work environment any longer or another part feels lost and unfulfilled in life. Whatever the issue might be, through Voice Dialogue parts of yourself that you might not even be aware of or that in every day life might not get to express themselves freely now have a chance to do so.

In each session, we’ll generally deal with two parts/ voices. These parts are energetically equal and opposite leaving you with a better understanding and awareness of yourself/your selves and feeling more balanced and at ease. Voice Dialogue is not a talk therapy session merely analysing your psyche. It has that element to it as well, however, it is much more of a felt experience that can lead to tremendous improvements in your wellbeing.
